When someone you love is battling addiction, the entire family feels the weight of it.
Substance use doesn't just impact the individual—it ripples through the home, straining relationships, breaking trust, and leaving families feeling confused, hurt, and helpless. You may be juggling fear, anger, guilt, and exhaustion—all while trying to hold your family together. The truth is, addiction can isolate everyone it touches.
But you're not alone—and you don't have to carry this by yourself.
At The Recovery Table, we recognize that families are often the forgotten victims of addiction. That’s why our support services are designed just for you—whether you're a parent, spouse, sibling, or loved one. This is a safe place to ask hard questions, process complex emotions, and learn how to care for yourself while still showing up for someone you love.
Healing begins when families have the support they need. We’re here to walk with you—one step at a time.
Family Support Services Include:
Individual Counseling for Loved Ones – One-on-one sessions for family members, partners, or friends impacted by someone else’s substance use. Explore how addiction affects you, learn to set healthy boundaries, navigate guilt and grief, and develop coping skills for staying grounded while loving someone in recovery (or active use). These sessions focus on support and education, not the treatment of mental health conditions.
Family Education Sessions – Led by a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, these sessions provide insight into family roles, codependency, communication patterns, and how substance use impacts the family system. Designed to promote understanding, healing, and practical change.
Psychoeducation & Family Workshops – Understand the disease of addiction, family dynamics, enabling behaviors, and recovery stages. Gain clarity, practical tools, and hope for moving forward.
Family Support Groups – A safe and welcoming space to connect with others walking a similar path. Share, learn, and find strength in the support of a community that understands.
Guidance & Resource Referrals – Receive help navigating difficult decisions and next steps. We’ll walk alongside you and connect you to trusted treatment options, recovery tools, and supportive services.
