At The Recovery Table, we provide person-centered, evidence-based support for individuals and families impacted by substance use. Our clinical services are designed to meet you where you are in your recovery journey, offering guidance, structure, and connection in a safe and supportive space.
We believe that recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s a personal process. Whether you’re just beginning, seeking continued support, or rebuilding relationships affected by addiction, our services are here to help you take the next step.
Individual Substance Use Counseling
One-on-one sessions focused on substance use concerns, recovery planning, relapse prevention, coping strategies, and building a foundation for sustainable sobriety. Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.
Group Counseling
Clinically facilitated groups that offer a supportive environment for individuals working toward recovery. Group topics include early recovery skills, relapse prevention, life skills, family dynamics, and peer accountability. Groups encourage connection, insight, and encouragement from others on a similar path.
